So! Haruka, like his father before him, is a stalker infowhore. He has a scanning-type persona, so he's most likely to pick up on magical powers and whatever he can find by eavesdropping/rumor/creeping about. Unless you have some sort of godlike power, he's unlikely to actively stalk you as be collecting information in general.

Personality: Drywall sarcastic troll with sparkles.

Also possibly the heir to a ancient family of creepy stalker infowhores who just wants to keep his friends safe without getting them caught up in all that bullshit.
History: So one day, when two men love each other very much and aren't yelling at each other, they get themselves a baby through SCIENCE.

Of course, since one of these daddies is the head of the Mibu family and the other is a deadpan troll who has no facial expressions, the kid kind of turns out oddly.

Abilities: Haruka is a persona user with the scanner-type persona Yamato-no-Kagami. While active, it reflects all physical and elemental damage, but he becomes weak to almighty damage

In addition, he's a skilled swordsman and a fair shot with a gun, but since he's in a bubble while his persona is active, he basically has to choose between stabbing and being invincible.
