So! Haruka, like his father before him, is a stalker infowhore. He has a scanning-type persona, so he's most likely to pick up on magical powers and whatever he can find by eavesdropping/rumor/creeping about. Unless you have some sort of godlike power, he's unlikely to actively stalk you as be collecting information in general.

So! Tell me what he can find out!

Neferti: Insanely strong. Level 99, used to fighting monsters, incredibly skilled in magic and swordplay. Do not engage. Other than that, she will be known as a helpful, if inflexible, knight. Her whole Backstory thing is not publicly known so much.

Paru: Esper. No scan abilities, just an omnipotent bubble. Collecting information will show that A) She was the first otherworlder to die here, and B) ... she is Paru.

Agnira: Will ping as mid-leveled on her echeladder with fire skills. If his scanner can assess threat levels, she will read as oddly dangerous for her level. And of course she has the potential to God Tier and a dreamself and stuff but. Mostly, infocreeping will just turn up that she sleeps. A lot. Everywhere.

Jade: DOG TIER (do i even still play her?)

Shemi: Mid-levels. Berserker who gains power from being wounded. Worshiper of the god of blood. Honestly, scans and creeping will be less useful than just walking up and asking her.

Sherlock: Regardless of how his power normally works, scanning Sherlock will bring up a status screen that says the following:
Name: Sherlock Holmes.
Abilities: See; Name.

Haley: Pings as perfectly normal. :)

Reiichi: Another ESPer. His power level is pretty high, as his abilities are actually solar in nature now. More 'do not engage'.

Archer: AS DISCUSSED IN IRC, due to the nature of his UBW, trying to passive scan his mind ends up causing HP damage to Haruka in the form of cuts like sword wounds, and active scan will just plunk Haruka right into UBW. Infowhoring will turn up that he seems to be a jerk, but he is prone to kidnapping small children... in order to feed them.

Mei: Pings as having no supernatural powers. Which is, technically, true. She has her ki whatsit though. She is also far, far stronger than she looks. Creeping about will find you that she is very kind, helpful, and incredibly naive.

Echo: Normal human. Level 1. Works with shapeshifting bullshit.
