Yue: Just barely -dyne level persona user, with a magic-based persona, so she'll read as a magus. Married to Alex, apparently her kids from the future are here. Has a tendency to switch between tsuning and jesusing people.
Fubuki: High-level persona user, SDF commander. Trolls people, tends to talk down to people, keeps to herself for the most part. There's something odd about her eye/her eye is a miniature scanner.
Saori: Level 70-odd cannibal demon, was apparently dead. Ice and fire powers, regen, serious detachment issues and existential angst. Thinks the sea monsters taste like chicken.
Tobias: Oldest(?) son of Alex and Yue, from the future. Older brother to Saya, another brother, 'Taiga' has been mentioned as his twin. Gay, mellow, lives in a pile with a bunch of other teenagers. Summoner with Black Frost and Az as contracts, but otherwise no magic.
Saya: Youngest of the Izumi children, partners with Maki (in...more senses than one), extremely smart. Tried to dismantle the gate upon arrival. Mid-level persona user with fire and healing powers and partial scanning. Researching the sea monsters and the magitech in efforts to get back home. Apprenticed to Isao.
Haruka: Tall-ass redhead, son of Mibu Haruhi. Full-scanner persona, probably mid-level. Carries a sword, kind of sarcastic, definitely a stalker. Tends to be polite, but very neutral.
Sei: Another redhead giraffe. Something like 6'4. Musician, sarcastic and bitter. Persona user, not as powerful as many of the users here. Dating Saburo?? Master of topping-fu.
Izanami: Goddess of Death, Fuck You levels of magic. Taking the form of a 20-ish human woman or a 20-ish dude in a gas-station uniform. True form is a nightmarish corpse-creature. Completely blocks telepathy effects. Do not engage.
Rider: Servant in the Grail War, reads as fairly powerful...something. Has mentioned being asleep instead of dead a couple times, recently mentioned his son Oísin and his first wife Sabdh, who was apparently a deer? Enigmatic and likes asking people odd questions about their hobbies for someone else.
Riku: Out-of-it ditz with a sarcastic streak. Until recently, was using illusions to make herself look different, has apparently decided not to give a fuck. From a country called Wasabi. S-Rank mage who focuses on wind/air and aural magic. Constantly accompanied by a faint breeze, and her magic is in traces in the air around the entire island of Atuin. Seems to 'see' things.
Kohane: Former idol, currently an on-the-run psychic with powers over resonant frequencies. Killed ~800 people when her powers manifested, hasn't sung since. Flirts with all of the other espers but Reiichi.
Rodas: Recently arrived scientist. Interested in the crystals, apparently protective of Isa and other members of his party. Very good at charades. Has no magic.
Kismet: Crown prince of Atuin, demigod with extraordinary magical powers that he doesn't appear to actually use that often/can't use outside of ritual. Sparkly troll who's friendly and always offers advice but also very prone to pranking outsiders. Sometimes visits East Blue in plainclothes? Dotes on his littlest sister and other similarly tiny children.
Archer: Pokemon trainer! Really dislikes the idea of murder/killing pokemon, despite the sea monster threat. Appears to be in-training to be a gym leader? Tsuns at Stella. Apparently looks a lot like some douchebag named Gilgamesh. Generally polite, tends to help people out if they need it.
Elíane: Tiny tiny hydrokinetic baker. Her power is psychic-based, instead of magical. Also has the ability to create a kekkai, inside which any property damage she causes will automatically repair itself and no collateral damage will occur. Mean aim with a rolling pin. Abusive husband to Gabriel. Looks...a lot like Maki, but much more stacked and shorter. So short. So French.
Raziya: Bast, with some magical power. Rock star. Shy and derpy but a sex god when playing music.
Claire: Claire Standfield, although he claims he isn't any longer, also introduces himself as 'Vino'. Seems to think this is all a dream, and has admitted to being covered in blood to get the nickname Vino. Extremely athletic, beyond what any human should be able to, and sometimes a little terrifying, but no magic. Looks exactly like Mibae. In love with some girl back in his world.
Fenris: Very angry elf, former slave, seems to know Merrill. Really, really doesn't like magic, reacts to attempts at mindwhammy by trying to kill you. Has magical metal (lyrium) infused into his skin as tattoos, which allow him to phase through things like people's chests and badtouch their organs.
Battler: Ushiromiya Battler. Yes, he knows the name is terrible. Absolutely no magical powers, denies magic exists, seems to have an odd sadomasochistic thing with the Golden Witch Beatrice. Has so much disbelief in magic he has a magic resistance that is effectively infinite--to the point where he can break through barriers and ignore magical attacks entirely.
